- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I got insurance from them in May under the understanding that they were going to process my driving record from another state in order to get a HUGE discount on my rate. It's the ONLY reason I went with them. Not only did they not do it, they didn't call me to tell me. I waited for 3 months to hear back. My second payment was due so I called to ask why my premium wasn't lowered. They said they weren't responsible for getting my driving record and I needed to pay my bill. Now that Mass is a competitive insurance rate state I think you should spend more time on customer service so you can keep your customers! We'll go elsewhere!By Mj Vance, July 29, 2017
